n = sin i / sin r

n=  refractive index -> number telling how good the material can bend the light
i = Angle of incidence
r = Angle of refraction

For plane mirrors, the image is…
·         The same size / same distance as the object from the mirror
·         Virtual (not real)
·         Upright
·         Laterally Inverted

Light travels in straight line.
Shadows are formed in the area behind an object where light can not reach.

Light sources = They travel straight to our eyes
Reflected light = Light from the sources strike at the object and some of the light is reflected to our eyes

Angle of incidence = Angle of reflection
